Endeavour "Kill humanoids in West Weald" bugged?

Killing humanoids in West Weald doesn't count towards the endeavour if the humanoids are killed in a delve. Only Humanoids in the open world count.
Is that a bug or intended?

Delves have never counted for this endeavor in West Weald, so it must be intended.

I tried the same but none counted then I went to an Ayleid well area and the kills started counting.

Vampire in Sutch and goblins are not considered as humanoids..
