By killing recollection humans in the 'dead' area between Wildburn Edge shrine and outcast inn.
Also the best place I found so far is an unmarked complex just south of Ontus town called Carvain Manor. Kill all humans in there with 'Carvain' in the name and they respawn quickly.
*Also want to mention if you go there, remember others are there for same reason. You can just 'tag' each human with a light attack and it still counts (no reason to nuke them lol), and please put away your companions. Good luck!
It's just not certain whether I'd be able to log in at the end of the week, and then it would be a pity not to get a started endeavour completed. So many unforeseen things might happen. My computer could crash, there could be a sponteneous outbreak of the bubonic plague after 700 years, or a meteor could destroy the Earth.

I know you're kidding, but if there were an outbreak of bubonic plague, the first thing I wouldn't be thinking is, "But what about the weekly endeavoooooor???" lol.
If not for FOMO, ESO would go bust.
Seriously, I've felt that way sometimes too, but there are weeks when I haven't done the weekly because there weren't any options I liked. The sun still rose the next day, and the one after that.
I did the guild quests over two days. I always wonder why everyone rushes to complete the weekly. You have a week to do it.
The fastest might be to do the fighter guild dolmen, this require multiple characters as in minimum 2.
