Wayrest severs 2 Achievments not working.

Hello.
have been playing for some years now. We started to do all veteran chalages and i noticed that i still havent done
Wayrest severs 2 no death and in time.. I could swear i have done it few times with my budies on hardmode..

So we went in with 4 people on veteran and did even do hard mode, but i didnt get achievments.
reloaded game , cleaned cache did all.. not working.
Does anyone else got this trouble?

Yes everyone in dungeon. even that who is in rats corner where rat priest is in wayrest severs 1... We will try it today one more time. with diferent character
