first tic of poison proc pulling from cloak

EDIT: It seems it just the inital proc from poison status effect. Happens on sheervenom and poison arrow.
Since the latest patch I have been consistantly been pulled from cloak from the poison proc from sheer venom. Anyone else notice this?
