Newest update broke party chat XBOX SERIES X

Xbox party chat was working great until latest update. Now when i am in a party chat it will work for awhile but after a battlegrounds match or dungeon party chat will cut in and out, which causes the game to start to freeze and when the game freezes it crashes my xbox console where pressing the xbox button on controller does nothing same with holding it down. The game will then freeze and crash. This issue does not happen with any other game and only started happening after the latest update and has been happening for 2 days now.
