Stifling pursuit by the enemy

The game has very suffocating opponents, they can chase the player for a very long time until they cause damage or until the player goes too far. This needs to be fixed by making a radius, beyond which they can no longer pursue the player and return back. This radius should be one and a half times larger than the player's attack radius.

Also, I think it is necessary to introduce a limit on enemy respawns on the map, like in the Souls series of games. Only the timer should be updated every day, and the limit should be 200-300 respawns per day. Infinite respawns simply prevent players from exploring the world and traveling around it, since it is constantly attacked.

Get a mount (you will get one free mount when you reach level 10) and you will have less issues with aggro from hostile NPCs. Neutral NPCs (yellow name tag and HP bar) will not attack you if you don't hit them and there is a setting in game where you can also avoid hitting some Neutral NPCs that are "innocent" in Setting menu.

If you aggro something by accident, then just run a bit from their spawn point and turn around and hit them, that should make them fully heal up (turn invulnerable) and reset back to their spawn location (enough that you attack when you are far enough from their spawn location and you don't need to do much damage for this to happen). Just make sure to not drag any boss or harder type of NPCs too far from their respawn location as that will reset boss or hostile NPCs.

The aggro reduction from being mounted is only if you have the shadow ruder passive from the drak brotherhood skill tree active.
