Banished Cells dungeon is not working

Have checked with approximately 20 other people. None of us can get past Keeper Areldur or whatever.

arondight✭✭Tried it 4 times over 2 days, never got past that point.
I'm totally baffled how that can happen in a 4 man instanced dungeon. It's about as controlled an environment as you will ever have in an MMO. If they can't even get something as simple as that right, I have little to no confidence for the later, less tested parts of the game.1 -

Hypersillyman✭✭✭At least you can get her to scream. I've done the dungeon a couple of times and she has yet to even spawn for me. Can't get the end boss to spawn either. The whole dungeon is a bugged out mess.

Ciinen1988✭✭✭Has anyone been able to complete the dungeon? maybe after everyone turns in the quest for undaunted? sounds silly i know ut i figured i would ask because that fixed a problem i was having with the priestesses at Tanzelwil before they fixed them in 1.0.1....someone might try and let everyone know the results

First time I did this dungeon, didn't have a single problem with the keepers. However, mid-way through the Final Boss fight he just upped and disappeared and we couldn't get the dungeon to reset.
Today I try again. This time the first keeper was bugged out completely.grimabepraised0 -

✭✭I was able to turn in my quest for there the npc kneeling at the entrance. But nothing triggered after that, he didn't follow (if that was what he was suppose to do), and we couldn't free those bubbled/tortured npc's.
We did clear some of the place, and killed a few bosses, but in the last room there was no boss to kill.
Since I did not finish the dungeon am I at least able to que for the other two faction dungeons? I could just try, but I don't want to waste another group time if after joining we can't proceed.
The other two faction dungeons do show up in the lfg tool.

Hurz✭The first keeper is still bugged - even relog, reset of the dungeon and reforming the group did not help at all. Not good for a game that had downtimes to make it ready during main EU play time ...0

Not sure how Q&A or the internal beta didn't catch this as it causes a horrible first impression on new players as dungeons are a fundamental part of the pve content every mmo players looks to.0 -
Probably because it's not completly bugged. I ran through BC without any issues. This thread here consists of 10 players. I mean, I know a LOT more experience that issue, but as it worked fine for me it seems to be a randomly appearing bug. Either they catched it and were to laszy/slow to fix it or they didn't encounter it.It's baffling how the first dungeon the dominion player experiences is completely bugged on the first boss. I´ve tried doing BC in the last 2 days, for 8 times, trying to dismiss the quest, then reforming the group, etc, all the tricks used to reset a instanced dungeon and the same bug always affects me and others in the group. Always the same quest obective bugging out after defeating the first boss.
This should have been fixed, especially because it was already showing signs of hapenning often during the beta weekends.

End boss doesnt spawn without saving the keepers on the quest line.0 -
Alia✭Tried this dungeon again tonight and had the same problem. Cannot save any of the NPCs out of their bubbles, so cannot complete the dungeon0

As for the other 2 dungeons im screwed for seeing them as im level 18 and theres no way for me to see the content any more we really need a mentor mode.0

I ran the dungeons with a level 24 guildie... I'm confused, how are you unable to see the content any more?Be happy you got a response - let them figure out a fix.
