Locked out of Abamath Ruins after completing quest Arithiel... can't get to quest The Soul Trap

There is a quest Called The Soul Trap that starts inside the Abamath Ruins in Malabal Tor from a sarcophagus. The problem is that I didn't see the sarcophagus when I was down there doing the quest called Arithiel that opens the door to this ruins and now that I turned that quest in I cannot access these ruins again. It just says "You cannot use that door right now."

Please fix this door so that we may continue to enter once we have turned in the quest Arithiel that originally opened it.

This very same thing used to happen with the Old Orsinium Interior door that wouldn't let you enter even after completing the quest that opened it, which they did fix. Please fix this door, too.
