Tab Targetting Isn't Functioning Properly

This is getting pretty frustrating and causing me to lose taunt. PC/NA, recently... maybe patch before this most recent one. Sometimes tab target gets stuck to a target. Hitting tab doesn't cycle through targets. Looking away and hitting tab doesn't remove the tab target. I have to continue to spam it and hope it eventually resolves itself, which is usually too long and I lose taunt and someone dies.
