Also... it pains me to realize that cloak nerf will mostly affect casual PvE players, as decent & more experienced players will still be able to stay cloaked potentially indefinitely. Again, the result will be the opposite of the intended one.
My main concern is that the toggle will perform badly under laggy circumstances. There seems to be a real risk of accidentally ending up in the state opposite to where you want to be, which either way is likely to kill you. I don't think that's the way to discourage the over-reliance people speak of. Especially because some players will suffer much more than others due to circumstances they have no control over.

Some of your patch notes come across as out of touch so some weird changes are understandable, but there's no way that you're unaware of the essential death-spiral you're sending NB into with this in a pvp sense.
If Shadowy Disguise were new, it wouldn't be an issue, but how are you just going to decimate the ability after a literal decade?
I'm sure the anti-NB crowd will be over the moon, and I respect their opinions, but there was absolutely no reason for this. Once more, after 10 years, you're just going to wreck the core part of one of your launch classes?
Discuss.
Also Icy, if you get summoned here, this thread was made to specifically discuss what is arguably a terrible change and not bait or flaming. The class change feedback thread is nice, but there really isn't an issue w/ a more specific discussion thread.
And that's why I use Shadowy Disguise to avoid them. If anything, it's easier for them to crouch somewhere they can wait for victims, cloaking as and when they need than it is for a PvEr to travel Imperial City districts questing without being seen.Even though I hate stealthgankers with a fiery passion
