Limitation of active agents needed

Either you make psijic patron SIGNIFICANLTY cheaper (max 2g) or you limit the number of active agents.
You could limit it to let's say four and if you want to put another one you have to remove one active agent to place it in the cooldown stack.
Agents can make the match so single-sided and some have specialized on this kind of strategy totally KILLING the game.
