West Weald Stuff Missing

sorry to be a bother, i wouldnt come on here if someone else had mentioned this issue! but when i logged on today, all my west weald stuff that came with the purchase of the zone is missing. my wolf mount, the pet. i can still go to west weald, which makes it all the more confusing. i recall there being a problem with the anniversary mount similar to this.
