Whispers of Sithis crate bundle

I just bought this bundle (Xbox EU) and definitely got the 25 crates but not the Costume or weapon styles.
I've opened a ticket, but wondere if anyone else had had this issue.

They are not in your collections menu? Page says they are automatically given.

No they're not, and when I look at the bundle in the crown store it says it's not collected.

did you buy the separate 25 crate bundle instead?
it's the first time there's a separate bundle so it would be easy to mistake it for the other bundle.

Do the texture of the bloodmoon seamless if you want it to be worth 100 gems. And maybe less stretchy. Those craters and bits on it are sometimes round sometimes alongated. Yes we see details. You want money? - deliver quality, not half done jobs. Thank you.

Also the 25 crates bundle seems to be working just fine on pc EU. All items are collected - costume/weapons.
