Queen Ayrenn's Diamond Gown messed up feet/shoes?

Queen Ayrenn's Diamond Gown is so beautiful, but the (I assume?) normal maps are messed up on the feet and shoes. They make the whole thing look like an amateur project
The toes look like giant sausages and the soles of the sandals look like aluminium. Can this be fixed please? Especially considering it's a paid item?
