Twitch drops

For those of us who didn't get to the stream on time and didn't get the twitch drop, will there still be a way to receive them? My timer stopped towards the end of the stream, and I didn't get to complete it; looking at the chat, many people had the same problem.

Looks like you need to put in a ticket;

So if you can't get them to do it through CS, you can at least try watching it again and hope for the drops.

My drop was bugged too, it was stuck at 33% until the end. I put in a ticket with support and if that doesn't work, there will be recap streams to watch... It's a really cute pet, I hope we won't miss it

Support was able to help with my issue. Hopefully others have the same luck.

I actually UNLOCKED the damn thing...and it STILL didn't end up in my game account

I had this issue. You might try looking in your linked accounts section on your ESO account page. My account somehow became unlinked... Even though it says account linked on Twitch. It's like ESO just decided to randomly unlink my account that's been linked for years.

Anyway, after re-linking it, the pet showed up in game. Hope this works for you.

Same exact thing happened to my friend, too.

I have not gotten my twitch drops for the last 3 times. Each time I check my act to make sure I am linked and I am so I unlink and relink still nothing.
