Azureblight Lag in Cyrodiil

I’m not sure who needs to hear this, but it would be great if we could have a little chat about Azureblight in Cyrodiil. You know, that lovely set that turns every 12-man ball group into a debuff-lag festival? Yeah, that one.

Now, don’t get me wrong—I totally get that strategy and coordination are essential in PvP. But I just have a small question: Do we really need every single person in a group stacking those beautiful Azureblight spores to the point that it turns Cyrodiil into a slideshow? Like, I know we all love a good PowerPoint presentation, but I didn’t realize that’s what I signed up for when I joined this battleground.

I mean, what’s more fun than spamming abilities only to have the game decide to process them five seconds later because the servers are choking on a cloud of debuffs? It’s really bringing out the best in my combat skills. Honestly, I’m just here to ask if we can maybe tone it down a bit? Or at least give the servers a little breather between those massive stacks?

But hey, I’m sure we’ll all just adapt to this new "tactical" level of gameplay, where reacting in real time is clearly overrated. Keep up the good work, folks!

They previously adjusted it just because it caused a lot of lag, I don't think they anticipated for the calculations of multiple people running it. stacking multiple dots, and proccing each other's azure because it feels worse than before they changed it when you run into a group of even just 4 people running it.

Sad, cause it's a fun set, it's overpowered but the lag is the main problem.

Forgive me for being skeptical, but this sounds like a ball grouper that doesn't like azure being used as a counter to their ball grouping.

I think the original poster is probably correct. I've noticed a massive increase in lag as the number of azureblight groups increased.

Just don't blame players for something that the devs made. I do hope that they fix it though, because bgs are fun when you can see what's going on.

A major reason for the performance issues in cyrodiil has been the rise in ball groups. Complaining about azureblight lag is like the company who caused an oil spill complaining that the rescue boats coming to clean it up are polluting the water. Technically, they are. But come on.

The normal ball groups cause way less lag than an azureblight group. The proof??? The lag has been unusually high in cyrodiil as of late. You can see multiple 12 man groups running it and the game is basically unplayable.
