How do you feel "no self healing DPS" as healer?

If the dps whips out a resto and casts regen, I ask 'what is this dumb expletive doing' and either kick or bail. I'm usually pulling 30-35k on healer; in groups where I'm doing 40%+ group dps because someone's back-barring resto while their buddy spams bow light attacks, that gets *painfully* slow.
In the 4 random group dungeon, there're still almost fake healer sometimes.
Maybe some DPS wouldn't believe PUG healer.
But, personally I don't like DPS are wearing restoration staff.

✭✭✭It is not the general expectation that teh DPS should be doing any healing in group content. It is simply not their job.
It's the DPS's job to do damage, don't stand in stupid, and catch rezes if they are needed.
Block or dodge (if needed because the tank missed a taunt, or you're being targeted by a mech), do mechs, don't stand in stupid.
It's the healer's job to heal, provide debuffs, and provide support synergies (mainly for the tank).
It's the tank's job to taunt, debuff, and don't die.
If your DPS are needing to slot self healing outside of the specific content that expects a certain amount of solo survive-ability (like portal mechanics) then people aren't doing their jobs.
The poll options here are completely unhinged.
If a DPS had a resto staff equipped, I'd be voting to kick them.
