(1 item): emanate a ring of pestilence that deals disease damage around you and persists up until you are X% health. The foul disease will corrupt your vitality, draining Y health every second. It is activated upon entering combat. When you reach X% health, your bargain with Peryite will save you by increasing your health regen by Z%. The disease effect can't occur again until you reach max health.
This is a thing I thought about when planning a "bite back" tank build. This ring of disease damage is an everlasting thing and should very much be a warning sign to the foes around you. It is thought for tankers, specially those running a fun-to-play, non-meta build for content like daily pugs. You could combo this with things like Thunderbug's Carapace or Livewire.
