Bound Pickaxe custom action now showing pickaxe in hand

This started to occur after Update 43 dropped, the physical pickaxe which was meant to not show in your hands also shows being as if you were using the normal mining action. It shows up partially transparent and I caught a shot of it before the animation ended, I will get a better screenshot if requested.

Someone posted pictures in this thread about it, but yes; I've also seen this issue since returning to the game last night. I'm very disappointed about it and I know it sounds crazy.... but it has already made me regret giving this game another chance this year a tiny bit, haha.1
