How to install Add-ons???

I'm not sure if folder or zip folder are what the addons run from, but I've just put mine in Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/Addons. Yours may be in a different location, though.

I'd recommend downloading http://minion.mmoui.com/

Has all addons listen in it, alost automatically installs the addons to the game. It will also allow you to update the addons.

I'm Running window 8.1 32 bit operating system. I can't install the Minion program on my computer. It says that it's not compatible. What should I do?

yeah, everything should be setup... don't worry about where your game is installed. just go straight to your "my documents" folder.
