Or at least target whomever you've Light Attacked, Heavy Attacked, or dealt damage to last. The Skeletal Archer hits whomever is closest to you, which in boss fights is almost never the actual boss, and in PvP is only occasionally who you actually want to deal damage to.

Same applies to the Blastbones summoned by Animate Blastbones. This ult is nigh unusable because the Blastbones pick targets at random. If you could tell the Blastbones where to go, this ult would instantly become a strong burst ultimate.
