Weird noise inside Mannimarco's room from Haven of the Five Companions

My suspicion is that it's supposed to be an easter egg towards Mannimarco and his endeavour with necromancy. Would be interesting to know if the noise disappears if you remove the table in the center of the house.

Another home I will not make my main home *spooky* Have a hear at Antiquarian's Alpine Gallery. There is something or someone running across the roof at night time, then knocking at the door.

Yes. I noticed it the first night. I was dusting the house, all furniture stored outside, ready for being set up. I was excited to move in. I changed my mind.

So I checked the house on PTS and the noise comes from the chandelier in Mannimarco's room, but only when it's lit. No need to worry about it that much, I guess.
