When is the main quest given to me? SOLVED

I am level 7 and wondering if I missed the pick-up on the main quest, because if I recall in beta I had a "Main Quest" category open in my journal and I do not currently have any "Main Quest" quests

Try porting by wayshrine into the main city. The Prophet should appear.

Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC
