I'm a big fan of the class set.
Not much of a fan of the strobo effect that comes with it
This is pretty harsh on the eyes so I'd appreciate if somebody could have a look at it.

Also pretty well visible in better lit areas.
An absolute eyesore in caverns and caves, have to unequip in these spots or it becomes physically uncomfortable to look at the screen.

Edit:

it still appears on minimum graphics and after a restart of the game client.
Other players are seeing it aswell and can tell when the set is equipped and when it's not.

I'm not seeing any visual effect with it equipped... Are you sure it's Corpseburster doing that?

i see the glowing forearms, but not sure if thats the cause of the flickering, it could be related to graphics settings that involve lighting effects

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

Yes, I'm very sure. I farmed the set, currently wearing it on the frontbar and jewelry slots. Only starts glowing bue around the forearms when all set pieces are equipped+ the front bar is active. - Do you have your graphics set to low perhaps?

This set definetly has a glowing effect, all IA class sets have one.

I intentionally went to this corner to portray the strength of the flickering. It follows my character and only appears when 5 set pieces of the corpse buster set are actively equipped, meaning when the 5 set bonus is active.
It's not just this place, it everywhere the character walks.

i would still check your graphics settings regarding lighting, since some combinations of those can actually cause the flickering

i see the glowing forearms, but not sure if thats the cause of the flickering, it could be related to graphics settings that involve lighting effects

Additionally, I have no issues with any other light sources ingame.
But I do recall a whole list of set and ability visuals that are not working as intended and appear malfunctioning for not just me but many other players.

f.e. the effect of harpooners wading kilt floating around, once the character wearing the mythic procs it and changes position.
Or grim focus that now glows permanently for no reason and overwrites the visual effects of bought weapon packs. Even starts glowing on console for merely putting a skill point into the ability, equipping it isn't even necessary.

So I'm very certain this is a visual bug. So far both me and my co-players see the flickering blue light as soon as I equip 5 set pieces.

And here we go with minimum settings and a restarted game + client.

Still flickering. And yes, my graphics driver is up to date.

Further confirmation from players ingame who took the time to have a look at me with and without the set equipped.

Can confirm, it is Corpsebuster. And I also find the lights obnoxious to the eyes. It reminds me of the time where the DK Seething Fury had that extremely annoying sound to it that just wouldn't go away. This time, our vision has to suffer until they fix it (if they fix it).
