Personalities are still not using the correct running/sprinting animation if using Celerity

All personalities (except seemingly the Jester and Zombie personalities for some reason) are defaulting to the standard running/sprinting animation if any sort of extra movement speed is applied to the player character. Please fix this so that other personalities still use their intended running animations like the Jester personality.
