I am wondering what are the business rules concerning my account if I am unable to pay my subscription fee? Specifically. I'm wondering if my account will be wiped if I am unable to pay for a number of months.

    While you will not be able to access the game without a subscription after 30-day unlimited access period, you will be able to pick up where you left off with your account and characters once you renew the subscription. At this time there is no limit on the amount of time an account can remain inactive. You will still be able to resubscribe as you choose and continue.

    i reactivated my old account after a break.
    yesterday i logged in to game.
    i cant see my characters.
    it seems i lost everything.
    is this normal? i really want to play the game, but i dont want to create a new char.
