Do we have "score board" to show quality of the tank and healer ability?

Do we have "score board" to show quality of the tank and healer ability?

:s

Because, doing solo tank with almost fake healer, or solo healer for the 11 people(including 1tank) in trial mission
is really fatigue. Especially solo healer for the 11 people is really hard work.

I want some "proof" for the support role people's effort.
My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

Maybe just do trials with your guildmates if you are having issues with PUG's?

Unfortunately, random people (if we're talking about PuG trials here) simply don't have to live up to your standards.

If the trial was completed, then that's about the best you can expect from a random group. If someone in the group is incapable of completing the trial, or won't follow instructions, or the like, vote kick is an option. (Not that I personally advocate kicking anyone who struggles, or simply isn't as good of a player as me, but just pointing out that there's an option).

As suggested, it might be more satisfying to find some guildmates or an organized group to run trials with. In an organized group, they actually can make the players "prove themselves" so to speak, as well as understand their strengths and weaknesses and ensure that all roles are filled by a known, capable player; and help them learn and improve over time, and make sure they're putting in the work to improve so that the group can progress. These are things that can't really happen in PuG's.

There's logs. They're often anonymous in pugs but you can at least use them to double check that you personally are performing as expected.

The logical and foreseeable consequence of grading tanks and healers in pugs would be less pug tanks and healers. Be careful what you ask for.
PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo

How to make the pug community disappear 101.

Ah...sorry people. But I didn't mention about PUG situation. :/
Just I want some proof "sign" for my tank and healer.

DD have it. Just like "I have 100K damage against target dummy".
But there're no those sign for the tank and healer.

If we have those "sign", then we can display it at the grouping tools.

Tanks and healers performance is very difficult to quantify. Partially because it's dependent on the whole teams performance. Most groups use esologs for assessments. I cannot imagine a reliable "marker" of a good tank and healer that can be reduced to one number, like for damage.
