we don't know and zos is unlikely to reveal that until it's in a crown store showcase so just keep checking the showcases every new month.
it could return any month.

Thanks for the replies. Found this Info via Google. Even more disheartening, I find it unfair that the Orsinium (Wrothgar) DLC has only one player home that only seems to go on sale once every one to two years.

Forgemaster Falls is a large player house in Wrothgar. It can only be reached via a boat in Morkul Stronghold. It features a built-in Blacksmithing Station. It was first available from March 12 to March 26, 2020, and was made available again from January 6 to January 20, 2022 and from June 1 to June 15, 2023.

But it is not the only home in Wrothgar, there's also Pariah's Pinnacle which returned in January 2024

Thanks, for some reason it didn't show on my map so I googled it's location to find it. It doesn't do it for me and surprisingly it too isn't available at this time
