Change Link to Removed Reply to go to earlier or later reply!

It is really annoying when you get the dreaded "No Permission" error because you are looking at the recent messages and going to one that has been removed. Just take me to the previous or later reply in that case. I am not doing something wrong, but I may easily have forgotten where I was going if I had a bunch of threads to keep up on and this was the first jump in the series. The link doesn't even tell me where I was trying to go!
