Don't think I have to say much about it but why did we get a change to "Arctic Blast" and nerf that skill and its heals to the ground and also "Piercing Cold" which was fine before? Everyone knows that "Polar Wind" is the skill that messes up everything in PvP and now we get 12% block mitigation on top of that? Why? Isn't it already bad enough that the "Tank meta" is ruling in PvP and now this? Can we please get back the old "Arctic Blast" and nerf "Polar Wind" so it scales off weapon and spell damage instead? Seriously getting tired of fighting all the block tanks in PvP ... ain't fun anymore no matter how much penetration, weapon and spell damage you have it's always and endless fight until someone gets bored or most likely disconnected from the game. What do you guys think about it?
