Orbservatory Prior Flickering Issue - Fixed with Update 43

I use Orbservatory Prior as my home base, and for as long as I can remember the rocks on either side of the main door on the platform where you port in have had the dual-state flickering issue (similar to the banners that are in Northern Elsweyr that were fixed). I just noticed today that the flickering is gone! As far as I could tell, this wasn't in the patch notes like the banner fix was. To anyone who might have considered this house but was turned off by the issue, maybe give it another look.
