Midohka✭✭It does ! I use it for infinite archives. It drops your ultimate to 213 ults instead of 250.

✭✭✭✭✭Currently using this on a Necro shielder, so yes. This + Potentates + Telvanni Efficiency and you can get your ult down to ~150. Even less if you swap Efficiency for Dragonguard.Edited by CameraBeardThePirate on August 21, 2024 2:28PM2
