New Account Only Bags that can only be traded to other characters on the same account that show like

That show 80 Slots with Bag Upgrades (180,600 Gold total cost). They are maxed out at 80 slots for the largest bags or just one large bag with 80 slots in it; this would be easier. And then I could transfer these 180,600 gold bags off of my characters I don't want to play which are Bretons. I prefer Dark Elves now I think for mag or stam gameplay whatever I want to play then.
Exhanging these bags back in for 180,600 gold would be an excellent additional option. I could use this gold for Houses. Thanks for reading.

Link explains how to get and use Race change token. You will need to have access to that race from your Alliance or you will need to also purchase "Any Race, Any Alliance": https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/crownstore/item/7919

Breton is part of Daggerfall Covenant (Breton, Orc and Redguards) while Dark Elf (Dunmer) are part of Ebonheart Pact with Argonians and Nords. You will not be able to use a Race token if that race isn't part of the same Alliance.

As for "bags", those are part of your characters inventory and can not be moved the way you want it and only Bank is for all your character on that account. When you move items that aren't bound to character to Bank, you can then move them from Bank into your other character if you want to use it on another of your characters. (Currency can also be moved through your bank).

How long to get 180k gold? If ya doing ya crafting dailies on 8 characters and pooling their gold together ~5 days

They won't do that as Race and Alliance tokens are already a thing. It doesn't make any financial sense to add a super niche item like that.

If I understood it right the thread is about being able to move the extra bag space bought with gold from one character to another, or even selling it again to get the gold back, right?

Because OP has a few characters that have fully leveled inventory, but he doesn't use them anymore, but would prefer to get the gold back to use for the other characters (or other things in general).

I think that's right, but it won't happen. There's already a Crown Store service for changing characters from a race he no longer wants to play to one that he does want to play, so he can keep his existing characters and his investments in them. That service provides revenue to ZOS so why would they swap it for a gold-based service that costs them lost revenue? If it's purely about racial passives the chances are they'll change again in the future anyway, and there's very little content in the game, if any, for which racial passives make a critical or even highly significant difference anyway.
