[Critical Error] u43 BG queue bug

I cannot queue for battlegrounds. I have re-logged, tried grouping and passing crown, and all i get is a "You or a member of your team is locked from queueing". What is this new error message, and why has it not been put in the patchnotes that this was a new issue?
