Could you please finally fix the loss of Steed mundus in IA?

Since the introduction of IA I've been losing Steed mundus stone EVERY time I finish the Goat side portal and occasionally after some other side portals. The bug is still here. Today, I had to port to my house twice to restore the Steed mundus stone: once after the Goat portal and once after I realized that I lost it mid run. And that is while completing only 2 arcs.
I love what you added to the IA with U43, but this bug is very annoying.
