New Houses - when?

So... we have the new Patch and there are two new houses to go with it.

Is there any information on when they will be available?

We know the Haven of the Five Companions will be the Q4 event reward. We'll need to collect 5 keys (10 tickets each) over the last series of events, with the last one being first available for the New Life event.

The other house will show up in a Crown Store showcase eventually. We have no dates on that one.

Seabloom Villa could be a gift as it has a book for new homeowners at the entrance. maybe to promote the House Tours feature.


As it has a furnished version it will likely be sold in the crown store at some point regardless of whether or not it gets gifted.

it will likely be 4-5k crowns just like Lucky Cat's Landing as they're the same size and category house, medium and classic.

Yep. It was the same for Sword-Singers Redoubt. It had a Furnished version on the PTS.
I hope they are planning to do the same with Seabloom as they did with Sword-Singers.
