Craft Deconstruct material gain Nerf?

Have they reduced the gain of materials from craft deconstruct?
After today's patch, Update 43, I only get the base material back at most.
Often not even that.
No temper, tannin, trait, resin, plating, style or trait materials.

Raw iron 116 86 ingot 3 honing stone 1 jade 1 amethyst
raw jute 64 raw rawhide 10 49 jute 10 rawhide 2 hemming 1 bloodstone 1 diamond
rough maple 131 105 sanded maple 5 pitch 1 ruby 1 diamond

Hi Barney,

yes, that's refining raw materials.
I don't know if that is less than before. Feels like it is.

But, what about decontructing weapons and armor?
At least one should get some style material out of it.

When I first logged in I got a message about skill points being refunded, although that didn't seem to be the case.
It might be worth checking that you still have points assigned for deconstruction.

All skill points are still in my deconstruction skills
Metal Extraction 3/3
Unraveling 3/3
Juwelry Extraction 3/3
Wood Extraction 3/3

I also have two other accounts.
Same result.

I reset my skill points and reskilled it again.
It seems to be a little better.
At least when dismantling the item I get the message "no usable found" less often and most of them I get my style material back.
But the fact that the skill points didn't count before seems a bug to me.

Probably fault of low sample, the more mats you refine the closer you get to actual ratio.
