BergisMacBride✭✭✭✭✭Maintenance and patches seem to be getting longer and longer overall, probably because of code bloat and complexity. Doesn't give me warm fuzzies for the long term health of the game.
Just makes me appreciate how slick the game runners\devs for GW2 are as that game NEVER goes down. (It's what I always play when ZOS is down, lol)1 -

You didn’t read it wrong. It was initially supposed to end at 10am, then got extended to 12pm, and then got extended again to 2pm.0 -

The hardware swap today is not intended to address the lag spikes and disconnects many of you have noted. More code isn't likely going to make it take longer. It's more likely they've got other work to do and wanted to fit it all in the same window. Also, they've probably added a few extra procedures to the checklist since... that one big goofup.0 -
Doctor_Demento✭✭✭Uh just signed in. My ESO is broke to hell and back. My top bar is completely gone. So is my ability to turn around as in a circle. So is clicking on anything. Its been a long time since I've seen it screwed up this bad. It is completely dorked. As in totally unplayable and I see zero about them fixing it. I have a high end system and a nice 2k 32" monitor to play on. I've been playing for over 10 yrs, so not new. Wow, thank you ZOS, uh not. Ok going back to forums to see if any help there.2 -

Please make sure mods are not breaking and interfering with the game. Sounds like an out of date add-on. Update your add-ons, try again. If your UI remains messed up, disable all add-ons and re-enable one by one to figure out which one is broken.0 -
Doctor_Demento✭✭✭No, after today's update and trying to login 4 times that last post of mine is what i got. I could only move left, right, up and down and oh yeah, I could alt+tab out and close window. That was it. I went back and ran a game repair on the laucher. Then entered the game and now it is working just fine and did not have to turn off one single add-on. And yes I get your reply, I would have thought the same. But apparently the installer dorks up some game data. The only thing that fixed it was doing a game repair on the launcher.0
