◾This would be pretty cool to have a trifecta achievement for the Infinite Archive, it would be acquired with this prerequisite:
🔺No Mystery Scrolls used
🔺No Death
🔺Arc 10+
🔺reach Arc 10 in less than 5 hours

◾The Trifecta unlock :
🔺Tho'At Polymorph
qrsyp7895gvu.jpg

🔺Class VFX unbound with all class, for exemple you Can use the Umbral Edge VFX with your Templar.

🔺Unique title : Librarian of Infinite

🔺A New Tool, Tho'At Temporal Accelerator,You Start at Arc 4+ if you use it,all vision before Arc 4+ are choosen randomly.

Considering the outcry about first Arc difficulty within the community when this place was released a year ago, i do not think these can be added.

But do i want these sort of hard achievements here? Yes of course.

The number of people wanting to spend 5 hours in there, is what? Given speed achievements are all under 45 minutes, a 5 hour achievement is not going to garner any significant support.

Not my point. You are suggesting a trifecta achievement with a 5 HOUR time window, when all over such achievements are less than 45 minutes - that will not garner you many supporters.

You need to make it more realistic. Such as Arc 4 not 10 - which would make more sense as Arc 4 is the final form and consistent with existing achievements.

That is still a significant chunk of time though, but there are ways to deal with that such as xx minutes spent in archival wings (which means the timer stops in the side wings and/or cycle 1 - 4 bosses).

Sorry, I didn't understand your words before 🐱. The problem with that is that it's really not complicated to finish Arc 4, the real difficulty starts at Arc 7. But as you noted Tho'At has its last form in Arc 4.
Other transformations should be added to Tho'At or not timer restriction for Trifecta.

Probably anything with a time frame more than 1h won't fly for them (nor for the community), especially when having stable server connection for such time isn't the norm people experiencing at large. If something like that would be implemented it would certainly be some 5 arc at best.

Number of people who have got to arc 10 (Solo) about 6.
Number of people who have got to arc 10 (duo) about 100.

Edit: Your suggestion is catering to an absolute tiny fraction of the player base. It won't happen as is.

arc 4 is already really hard to get to for a lot of people, because of the difficulty and how long it takes to get there.

it took me about 2 hours to get there, didn't manage to finish it due to how long i was there which made it way harder to focus.

any extra achievement should really just be for arc 4 and lower just like the current achievements.

None of this seems especially viable.

There are already a lot of achievements in infinite archive, and tbh I think it's fair to have an arena with a different structure and reward system as compared to maelstrom and vateshran. Zos should be commended for developing some different content.

The reward for doing very well at it is more currency, faster unlocks of styles and collectibles, as well as leaderboard scores.

I like this idea (and the polymorph would be a very cool thematic reward) but I would make the prerequites different: lower the arc, but also lower the time limit by a lot. I think achieving a no-death, no mystery scroll run in lower arc but also really quick, more fun, and I think more players would attempt it (because even 3 hour sessions are not feasible for a lot of people), and it would still be challenging, the really short time limit would provide the difficulty (rather than the really high arc).

Set effects absolutely should not be available separately as cosmetics for "cool looks".

In fact, ZOS themselves talk about this in recent article:
Why is it important for item sets to have distinct visuals or sounds?

Nadav: There are a lot of different answers for that, and they're all correct. Basically, an item set in any team-based content, whether it's PvE or PvP, needs to be identifiable. Some item sets don't work well if you and a teammate are both wearing them at the same time, but you also need to be able to identify what sets your enemy is using so you can react to them.

    Favorite Foods and Potions
    https://media.giphy.com/media/3otPoTggaYFNd1FdAI/giphy.gif
    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

One of the main ideas behind IA was to make it so that it wasn't just about having the best DPS and going fastest, so adding a trifecta for going fast runs counter to that.

Im not an achievement Hunter so I dont know if this exsist in game now but.

An achievement for earning X amount of Archival Fortunes would probably fit better in IA.

Even players that only do daily Arc 1 can slowly work towards it without have to spend 5 hours in one sitting.

Your idea sounds cool so I wouldnt mind if there where a IA trifecta but I dont think that will happen in IA.

I think it would be cool if IA had an Weekly Challange Npc with a quest you pick up once a week.

That Npc could give you 2 or 3 choices, quest 1= easy 2 = medium and quest 3 is for the players that really want to be challanged and the reward should be scaled to on what difficulty you decide to complete the quest

It would probably be somewhat balanced to get it for fast clear (1 hour) arc 4 (thoat dragon form), solo, no death. Already unachievable for most players tbf.

Anything duo is completely unbalanced and starting from ark 5-6 its mostly cheese of focused effort, weakening enchantments and procs in tank builds.

Arc 10 is way too long of a time commitment, and I don't think that should be encouraged. But a trifecta's a nice idea. I think Arc 4-6 with no deaths also counts as HM because you kill Marauders, which are way harder than the actual arcs. It could also include perfectly clearing all side portals : P

Alternatively, they could make a scroll that increases the difficulty and rewards so that arc 1-4 was like veteran Archive. (but not as rewarding as Arcs 7+ can get)

I wouldn't worry about Focused Efforts as of next patch. The chance of getting it will be reduced significantly with the new addition to visions. FE builds will probably be kind of meh.

Arc 6 no death is also too easy. I literally stop in there due to time, not deaths. We asked for a save. What we got was a bunch of other crap instead.
