Armory Station Disappearing

I've been having a weird issue with my armory station in ESO. It randomly goes invisible for me and sometimes for visitors to my house. The only fix I've found is to retrieve and reposition it. Anyone else experiencing this? Would love to know if there’s a permanent solution or if it’s just me.

edit : just noticed that 2 of my small storage chests are also invisible.

Yeah that happens to me often, it's probably one of the bugs I most hate, it only happens when you go to a house that already have visitors inside, which means it will never happen if you're by yourself there.

The only way to fix it is to either wait for everyone to leave, then if you leave the house and wait a minute or two outside everything will reset back to normal, or you can just use the retrieve tool to move it back where it was.

Another similar bug is when you move linked furnishings and undo the change, when they go back to where they were originally some of the furnishings might just disappear to gods know where, leaving the house also fixes that.

This happens when my wife is in my crafting house before I am. I think it specifically has to do with the fact that we both own the house, but the game is trying to read her version for me and my version for her.

It usually fixes itself when she leaves and I reload UI.
