This game is a buggy

I'm playing the High Isle quest, The Ascendant Storm, and where I am supposed to Clear the Western Dock... nothing happens. This is a bug that was reported over 2 years ago, and since then I guess ZOS just decided to leave it in. (Along with the other thousands of bugs they couldn't be bothered with ever fixing).
I abandoned the quest, and started it again.
However, as soon as I enter the All Flags Islet Castle, the quest just jumps ahead back to bugged Clear the Western Dock section. Since it is bugged, there is no way to finish the quest!
But wait... third time is the charm, right? Abandon quest. Exit client. Restart client. Restart quest.... same result.
There is no way to finish High Isle, once you're bugged.
Great work ZOS. Such competence. Keep ignoring bugs.

✭✭✭✭✭I have been playing through the base game zone quests.
A day does not go by that something is broken. Usually, little things, but not infrequently glitched quests. I don’t waste my time reporting them, as I doubt they would fix ‘em anyway. Still if I could get 1 Crown for each bug I reported, I would never need to buy them again.
