[BUG] Atoll of Immolation - Constant In/Out Combat

I was completing the achievements for the "free" non-combat pets in Blackwood (Oblivion Portals), and myself and some other players were constantly being put in and out of combat. Companions were also reacting to this by repeatedly drawing and then sheathing their weapons. I used a "suicide potion" and died, but was still in/out of combat even while dead...
And they say that being stuck in combat is because you have aggro... yeah, right...

PS:
I have an addon that notifies when combat starts, while in combat, and when combat ends. That is what's making the "Combat Started" (red center screen), "You are in combat." (red top left corner), and "Combat Ended" (green center screen) texts. And this is not an addon issue because you can see the red border on the screen whenever I open the menu.
