Here is how I did it. I equipped the Xivkyn Tormentor polymorph and then equipped the Unfeathered polymorph (Without equipping the Tormentor polymorph). Once I did that it gave the unfeathered polymorph wider shoulders and extra bulk. I hope this becomes an actual feature because if I go to loading screen it goes away.
