I use this to level new characters. It doesn't take that long.

opalcity✭✭✭✭✭Pretty easy with so many players farming them presumably for the weekly endeavour, and the achievement to get the thing. Didn't have to kill anything until I got to the last stage, and then waited 2 minutes for last boss to spawn. Loads of people there, it went down quick.
Took me longer to find a Thieves' Trove after.1 -

Took me longer to find a Thieves' Trove after.
Find one, enter start fighting enemies, another came and we was 3-4 before reaching end boss.
It was a lots of people on last boss so we just killed him and I got an lead.
Ignored the weekly there as i do dally crafting quests.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I easily soloed the first three areas of an Oblivion portal, but wasn't looking forward to soloing the final boss because it takes me a while to kill him and there wasn't much time before the server was going to reset. Fortunately, just as I was about to go into the final areas (the tower and beyond), a couple of my ESO friends whispered at nearly the same time to see if they could join me. I waited for them to reach me, then we three plus a few other players who were already at the final boss were able to clear it pretty quickly. Then I had to dash off to IC and Cyrodiil to get my tickets before the server reset, so everything worked out nicely.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!2 -

✭✭✭✭✭They've done this several times recently (I think this is what passes for an event) so I've got a character parked at the end to make it quicker. You don't need to leave after killing the boss and if you log off inside you'll log back on inside, so you can just stay there.

People in zone chat were calling out the locations too. Though I do wish they had an icon like the Dolmens, Geysers etc. do. I appreciate fellow players being helpful and I’m sure others do as well, but the game shouldn’t be dependent on having helpful people around.#proud2BAStarObsessedLoony

Are they hard ?
They are just portals around the map. The easiest ones to find are right outside Leyawiin and the crown homes.
They are around the difficulty of a public dungeon imo. I can't remember the health values but mechanics wise they aren't doing anything complicated.Edited by spartaxoxo on August 11, 2024 5:23AM0
