Looking for help to edit my Guild note by adding a photo in background like I've seen in other guilds please!, im not very tech lingo savy but I'm fine on a computer when it comes to doing things if explained ... would really appreciate info on where to get the photos and how to add them...OH! and if i can change the text colour in the notes like the MOTD, please and thanks!

I have no knowledge personally about how this works on X Box but I just did a quick search using "ESO colour codes X Box" and got quite a lot of answers some of which also explained how to use images.

So, you are thinking about the visual decoration of your guild. There are very few such people on the server. I'll try to help you a little bit.
First, take a look at the design of my clan:

|cA73FFFmyText|r -this is a format for recoloring text, you can also add addresses of small graphic elements inside the form and these images will also be recolored. the codes for the colors can be viewed online, for example here: https://www.rapidtables.com/web/color/RGB_Color.html

the images, as in my example, can be found by typing part of the name into the window, for example this: «aw_crwn_sys»

the form for the picture in the guild description will be as follows: |t566:256:/esoui/art/store/announcement/aw_crwn_sys_mountstamina.dds|t - note that the original size of the image in the screenshot is 1024x512, and in my form I have shrunk it to 566x256 so that it fits harmoniously
