every day error 303 at the first connexion

Every day at the first connection of TESO I have an error 303.

At the second connection no problem.

I opened a ticket (# 240701-003156) but no acceptable solution was given to me except to opt for a static IP (it pays) and to open some ports in my box (which I don't know how to do).

For information, this problem only exists since an update last February. I have been playing for more than 5 years and I had never encountered this problem and the technical department is unable to explain to me why I encounter this problem. My hardware is the same since 2019, my connection is fibrated at 500MB and I have a 1TB SSD dedicated to the game.

If this persists, I do not renew my ESO + subscription :#

If you would like assistance with forwarding your ports, per this article, we would recommend you contact your Internet Service Provider.

Thank you for this answer, which does not help. I expected better from a technical department.

    "Greetings!

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. My name is Gabriel and as a member of our advanced team, I will be assisting you today.

I understand that you'd like assistance with opening the appropriate ports for The Elder Scrolls Online.

I'm afraid that you will need to reach out to your Internet Service Provider or the manufacturer of your modem/router for assistance with this process. You can also check your router's manual or website to see if they include instructions on how to perform this.

While we wish we could provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete this, the steps to open ports vary depending on hardware and are outside our range of support.

Once the ports in question have been opened, please reach back out to us and provide us with the results.

We look forward to your reply."
