This is most likely a client side loading issue where the basin loaded before the table it is supposed to be sitting on. It happened to me infrequently in Leyawiin with the writ turn ins in the past. Usually relogging/reloading the area fixes it.

They want you to try the more healthy Vegetable Virtuous or the Fish Virtuous, presented to you on the table above. The Gore Virtuous is for desert and comes out last.
