Farragut Transitus Shrine doesn't work

The Transitus Shrine is not working at the Farragut keep in Cyrodiil. The NA Gray Host campaign. you can transit to the keep but when you attempt to activate the transit shrine to leave, it does not work, normally when you click "activate", the map opens to other keeps that you can transit too, but nothing happens when you go to "activate" (and yes I am in the Ebonheart alliance so it should be working)
