PCNA: DCd and can't log back in

I was in a battleground, got booted from the server. When I try to log back in, I first get sent to queue, then a 307 "Booted from Server" error. Anyone else having trouble on PCNA this morning?

Lots of disconnects this morning. I finally got into a 10 min login queue which just failed to connect

3 others in dungeon DC'd. I DC'd right after final boss. And huge lag spikes before that.

Been getting disconnected all morning from the NA server while in Forgotten Crypts, engaging with bosses.
And now cannot log back in.

Just booted again, this time from Cyro. Lag is all over the meter even with nobody else in sight. ZOS really needs to fix its servers and fix them PERMANENTLY. No game should ever have conditions like this, especially not as often as ESO does.

So far today, my game has frozen, lost the UI and NPCs, and crashed twice in less than 20 minutes.
I also get a lot of stutter while doing many different things.
I am on PC/NA, have good internet/connection, and my rig is new - more than enough to handle ESO.

I just got DC'd from a BG at 496/500 and can't get back in and now won't get credit for the quest. Way to go, ZOS.
