Crazy RNG - we need to get Help!

there has been all over the form Comment positive and negative about RNG, ZOS Really need to explain their Parameters, and allow people a way of Working thins out!!
Example Couple of events ago it was all Replica masks etc as rewards , Wife and a friend wanted them all, so they spent hours upon hours trying and they were loosing their ShizNitz trying, aND GETTING NOWHERE !!!
My Main account has Terrible RNG, Like 5 times worse than the wives, and hers is bad at times! So I tried a few times, and YEP Nothing! So just for ShizNitz's and giggles I brought in My Original account, topped off at lvl 240, Fishing = 2 casts got it! next one 3rd attempt = got it, Next one 2nd attempt= Got it.... friend wants to group up because if i am getting it no problem my luck may rub off on him, and he's spent 2 days just farming the delve for nothing.... OK, group up, travel to player, get into delve just as the Boss Comes in.... BANG - Got it.... our Discord just went wild with WTF etc.... But I stayed in after a while the wife got hers, eventually the other friend did get it, but that was Days trying, not hours!
That's Unfair RNG
the account I never use, has just about everything, and I cannot transfer it to my main LMAO, Free Boxes , it gets the mount or the outfit, go into imperial city Sewers general merchant buy 4 random things, First one nothing, second the polymorph , third another polymorph, Fourth nothing....
Both this and the main are my accounts one 10 years old the other 9 years old. one unbelievable RNG the other Unbelievably BAD RNG. 2 toons the exact same (one with extra unused CP's only difference & ok 2500 lvls above) the Original ink, nirncrux, aethereal dust, you name it, gets it... the other has never found any aethereal dust, Nirn anything is rarer than Rocking Horse ShizNitz, ink on occasion.... WHY?????
Only Real Difference, Old Original account is used 1 hour per year if that, main account 11 hours per day 7 days per week, heck the hours alone should mean i get more!!! but alas NO!!!!
So what's the score with the RNG????

My Crafter Toon, used to have the best luck over the rest of the toons, over the past couple of years I have seen this toon get down to the other toons level, ie its ran out of the luck it had......

✭RNG in this game is……ridiculous.
Some guild members always get decent drops - and I mean always. Furniture plans, paintings, masks etc. Running joke in the guild.
Me? Stupidly poor. Always has been.
No idea how it is worked out, though would be interesting to know.1 -
GuuMoonRyoung✭✭✭✭RNG is ridiculous in every mmo I have played, at least for me. I remember doing Halloween event in WoW, for seven days the guild farmed for a mount, I farmed with them everyday for 6 hours, I got nothing, same with over 20 people but the rest, not only they got the mount once, they got 5 or 6 times on different toons. Back then they did not have account wide mount system so people needed to get them on as many toons as possible before event ended.
RNG is always a shitshow, for some reason it has a way of detecting who is a poor unlucky trash irl and continue that in game life. I really wish mmo devs would stop with the RNG crap and instead give it a counter, like kill this X amount of time for a guaranteed drop of y.1
